User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of their personal data associated with DJCzer.com and any connected Meta, Facebook, or Instagram login features.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you have logged in, connected, or interacted with DJCzer.com through Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service and would like your data deleted, you may submit a deletion request by contacting us.

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The Facebook or Instagram account name associated with your request, if applicable
  • A brief statement requesting deletion of your data

Example:

“I am requesting that DJCzer.com delete any personal data associated with my Facebook or Instagram login.”

2. What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on how you interacted with DJCzer.com, we may delete information such as:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Facebook or Instagram profile information provided through login
  • Contact form submissions
  • Event inquiry details
  • Booking request information
  • Any other personal information associated with your request, where legally and practically possible

3. Processing Time

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to and process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your request.

We may contact you if we need additional information to verify your identity or locate your records.

4. Information We May Retain

Certain information may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, legal, tax, accounting, contract, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes.

For example, if you booked an event or completed a payment, we may need to retain limited transaction or contract records as required by law.

5. Facebook and Instagram Data

If you would also like to remove DJCzer.com’s access from your Facebook or Instagram account, you can do so through your Meta account settings.

From there, locate the connected app and remove access.
