Tips for great sound at outdoor and winery weddings:
1️⃣ Ask your venue about power near the ceremony spot and any sound or time limits.
2️⃣ Mic the officiant AND your vows, so the back row doesn`t miss a word.
3️⃣ Plan for wind and sun: covered gear and a windscreen on every mic.
4️⃣ If your ceremony and reception are in different spots, plan sound for both so nothing stalls.
5️⃣ Do a quick sound check before guests arrive.

1️⃣ Pick your speakers ahead of time and tell them when they`re up.
2️⃣ Ask each speaker to keep it to about 3 to 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Send your DJ/MC the speaking order and name pronunciations.
4️⃣ Do toasts while guests are seated, right before or during dinner.
