Temecula Anniversary DJ 2016 Shara and Scott

Your grand entrance sets the energy for the whole night ✨

💡 Pick your entrance song early and send it to your DJ with the exact moment you want it to start.
💡 Give your DJ the correct pronunciation of every name being announced, especially the wedding party.
💡 Line up in order before the doors open so the intro flows without awkward gaps.
💡 Decide if you`ll go straight into your first dance or head to your seats, so the DJ can plan the transition.
💡 Something upbeat gets your guests on their feet and cheering from the first beat.

Want a dance floor that stays packed all night? It starts before the first song. 💃🕺

✨ Put the dance floor right next to the guests, not across the room.
✨ Open dancing right after dinner while the energy is high.
✨ Keep speeches and cake cutting grouped so the party isn`t stopped and restarted.
✨ Mix eras and styles so grandparents, parents and friends all get a song.
✨ Let your DJ read the room and swap the plan when the crowd wants something else.

The secret to a reception that flows? A timeline your whole vendor team can see. ⏰

Wedding tip: map out your reception timeline before the big day.
📋 List the key moments in order: grand entrance, first dance, dinner, toasts, parent dances, cake cutting, open dancing, last song.
📸 Share it with your DJ, photographer, planner, and venue so everyone is ready for each moment.
🥂 Keep toasts right after dinner starts or between courses so guests stay engaged.
💃 Save a long, unbroken stretch for dancing. That`s where the best memories happen.

Your DJ can`t read your mind, but a good song list gets pretty close. 🎶

Wedding tip: build a must-play AND a do-not-play list.
✅ Must-play: pick 10 to 15 songs that really matter to you two, not 100. Leave room for your DJ to read the crowd.
🚫 Do-not-play: list the songs, genres, or line dances you never want to hear. This list matters just as much.
💃 Note which songs go with which moments, like the grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, and last song.
👨‍👩‍👧 Ask both families for a few favorites so every generation hits the dance floor.
